Bridget King is the company owner of Captiva Design, LLC which provides Real Estate Home Staging, and Interior Decorating services for residential homes and small offices. She is a Certified Interior Decorator and Accredited Staging Professional.
Bridget understands the stress of selling and buying a home. Her passion for Interior Decorating and Home Staging coupled with a love for Real Estate allows her to help clients prepare for the next “big” move. Whether up-sizing or downsizing she can assist you. With over 19 years experience in the Home Staging and Design industry she has a wealth of knowledge to help make the process easy and stress-free for her clients. She understands what potential Buyers want and need in today’s complex Real Estate market.
Design & Décor
Bridget helps her clients visualize and articulate their ideal living space based on their needs and budgets. She works with a team of talented tradespeople and artisans serving the South Florida area. She has excellent project management skills which keeps each client informed of the progress and ensures that every project is completed within a timely manner. Her approach to interior decorating reflects the philosophy that sound design principles, and a fresh creative perspective are the cornerstones of every great room. She is very knowledgeable about many materials and specializes in designing color schemes that feel warm and inviting. Bridget's eye for style and penchant for color works together to help her successfully combine relaxing and sophisticated environments.
