Passion, Style and Functionality

Bridget King is the company owner of Captiva Design, LLC which provides Real Estate Home Staging and Interior Decorating services for the home and office. She is a certified CID, (Certified Interior Decorator) and ASP, (Accredited Staging Professional) and has several years of professional Interior Decorating and Home Staging industry experience. Bridget is also a board member of IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) Ft. Lauderdale, FL Chapter. She has completed numerous hours of course work at the Ft. Lauderdale Art Institute in Interior Decorating and Residential Design, and has worked as a Furniture and Home accessory Sales Representative within the retail industry.

Her approach to interior decorating reflects the philosophy that sound design principles, and a fresh creative perspective are the cornerstones of every great room. She is deeply passionate about design, and strives to create rooms with lasting impressions.

Bridget works directly with clients to develop a working plan that addresses the client's needs and personal design tastes. With her unique skills to view the functional architecture of a room, and understanding the decorating desires of the client, she has been able to create beautiful and functional rooms. She is very versed on many materials and specializes in designing color schemes that feel warm and inviting. Bridget's eye for style, and penchant for color works together to help her successfully combine relaxing and sofisticated style.
